HOUSTON – A 26-year-old man has been sentenced to federal prison following his conviction for attempting to maliciously damage property receiving federal financial assistance.
Today, a judge handed Andrew Schneck a 6-year sentence to be immediately followed by three years of supervised release. The court also imposed a $10,000 fine.
