View Full Version : What to do with federal agencies?

Currently there are too many, with too much authority , too little ethics and or oversight, too many budget dollars and too many people in power connected to the industry they regulate.

What could we do?
1) A Flat or Fair tax would downsize the IRS dramatically
2) Only police agencies need weapons issued.
3) Stop the incest at the FDA and severely limit the time anyone serving for the agency has worked in that industry . A lifetime ban on lobbyist becoming for example FDA committee members and insistence that a high percentage of board members have no ties to the industry they regulate and never had
4) Mergers , for example INS, Border Patrol and ICE
5) Disband the ATF. All three of the things they regulate are non-prescription legal , they have a shitty track record and the FBI could take over the few things they do that really matter and possibly DHS too.
6) Look to merge other agencies wherever possible
Ban lobbying to federal agencies
7) Make it legal to lie to a federal agent as lying should not be a crime unless under oath
8) De militarize them unless they are in fact the military
9) Undo there ability to make de-facto laws without congress.
10) And oh yeah, make them stay on budget.
11) Do something about the NSA and stop warrantless spying on Americans

Other suggestions?

It just seems, the U.S. President, has not done a thing that could really be considered that he even really gives a damn.

'The Feral Horse Program' is a blatant lie, Bureau of Land Management aka B.L.M., sands have been found. The written law President Richard Nixon desired, as he also signed into federal law, that the 'Wild horse purchase act', is declared null and void, so turn in your portfolios.

Trump is smart enough to understand that sludge that needs wading through is a good place to hunker down in.

This was the problem with taking the states out of the equation. The framers wanted the state legislatures to appoint senators to deal with issues such as these. The line between national or state jurisdictions may have been dealt within Congress itself. Instead of passing the seventeenth amendment, maybe we should have considered a better wording of Article 1 Section 3.

The start should be ridding the federal government of certain agencies. Not cutting them but closing them down. Why do we have a Dept. of Education? Why do we have HHS?

This is a very intelligent perspective. It's very eerie too.

And that's because it made me wonder about if America would have never gained that, universal respect, which makes us Leader of The World over the past 90 decades? I then thought about, the problem with taking the states out of the equation; Would it be a problem, if the Homeland had instead been 50 little nations inside one Republic here, at wartime?

If we simply limited the federal government to it's Constitutional limits states rights would be reborn.

It would never have been 50 little republics in war time. War is the federal responsibility. Read the Constitution.

Basically the feds existed to deal with other nations and moderate disbutes between the states. In other words the few things that the states couldn't effectively do for themselves. Every time the feds have usurped state power it has come with a massive loss of efficiency

Yeah, I noticed that to. That means there are over 650 years of American history to catch up on!

Actually what you should have noticed was how I have no time for, troll games, therefore I refused edit any typos :cool2: As for anyone who's unafraid to address the issue, they are simply going to bring their chunks of meats to the discussion table.

Yes sir.

The no-nonsense types here they are not going to waste time focusing on any typo.

Maybe you should read your post before you post it or are you just too lazy or ignorant to catch your own mistakes? Maybe it wasn't a mistake to begin with?

maybe you just lacked a valid, ironclad argument so you chose to troll the topic/focus on that sole word, instead of that scholarship And I'm cool with it. Because I understand your true cause here.

I apologize for your hallucinations here, but once you made the decision to peruse this message board starting up nonsense and trolling members posts who are not trolling your posts; You became ineligible to use terms like "lighten up" here, in a place where you are relentlessly demonic.

The horse is born on the same land God gave it, but errors of judgment must tell the rest of the world, to make no mistakes about the Trump administration, it has inherited all of its sets of troubles because of 'this', because heaven will not be filled with murderers!

Horses are a persecuted species on America's public lands in violation of Public Law 92-195, as the Trump administration has allowed the breaking of that law for horses that eat a different grass from the cattle, where 1.8%+- of that remains in America, as China is sold it.

The Wild and Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act of 1971 (WFRHBA), is an Act of Congress (Pub.L. 92–195), signed into law by President Richard M. Nixon on December 18, 1971. The act covers the management, protection and study of "unbranded and unclaimed horses and burros on public lands in the United States."

So much for MAGA, it is a joke in the region of politics, because it does not mean other than the people have been fooled by the concept that America will be made great again, when subsidies may be raked in by those the Trump administration finds to be at inside favorites.

Then attempts to destroy the records, if they have any, has this invited the tempests?

Murder is nine

Public lands belong to the people, but this concept seems to have gotten away from those who can't rule themselves anymore than a hurricane sent to wreak as much damage as it can emit in one night, that the day brings the reality that destruction is happening on America's public lands.

Carried over to private profiteers who are stealing America's very own heritage on public lands that belong to all the people, to the tribe of Naphtali of the deer, her fawns, the horse, the burro, the tribe of Benjamin of the wolf, the fox, the coyote, as The Book of Nehemiah states to repair all of the Gates!

That how can public lands 'belong' just to a few of an oligarchy that would destroy gold because horses are worth everything a camel cannot carry, as they are to patrol the earth per The Book of Zechariah, as fools have been appointed to positions where they understand nothing but that they are scientists.

The amount of money that is garnered per one horse that will be used for parts inside of a mockery that it is okay for hunters to take license to some deer, but the wolf can't seek his prey as he was taught to do by the same men who decry how the wolf steals what they have not need of, for life is to be that of 1st Genesis.

1) A Flat or Fair tax would downsize the IRS dramatically

A flat tax would not work because it would be filled with various deductions and eventually divided into various tax brackets. Then we would end up with what we have now. The only way the IRS can be disarmed is through a national sales tax.

We ought to decide we will return to a constitutionally limited Federal government.
