In both the 2008 and 2012 presidential race the Democrats focused on any opposition to Barack Obama as stemming only from racism. The fact that he had less experience than Sarah Palin in government, that he was almost completely unknown before 2004 and his stated platform was clearly socialistic and would increase the size of government was never allowed to be a point of discussion. If you brought it up it was only because you were a racist and didn't want a black man in the White House. The issue was he was a black man and for that reason alone he should be elected president.

The same is shaping up in Florida when an innocuous statement is twisted on the day after the election to claim "dog whistles for racism". It will soon become if you don't support Gillum its only because he is black. The fact he is under investigation for corruption in Tallahassee and his stated platform makes Barack Obama look like Ayn Rand can never ever be discussed without an outcry of racism. Every country that has embraced socialism has been weakened by that embrace with a downward spiral of all the attributes that make this country the richest in the world.

To the collectivist today everything is identify politics, if you are a "person of color" a female, a gender confused person, or an illegal alien you are accepted with open arms regardless of your character (the content of which no longer matters)
