Democrats are now criticizing Senate Republicans for doing what they requested. Democrats screamed that they did not want a bunch of Republican men grilling the Kavanaugh accuser. So, the Republicans secured the services of a female attorney to do the questioning. WTF.......?

WASHINGTON — Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans said Tuesday they had hired outside counsel to handle questioning at Thursday's hearing (https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/kavanaugh-says-he-s-willing-talk-judiciary-committee-response-assault-n910206)featuring Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, who has accused him of sexually assaulting her — though they would not reveal the lawyer's identity, drawing criticism from Democrats and women's advocates.
In a letter to a lawyer for Ford on Monday, Mike Davis, who handles nominations for Republicans on the committee, said that the GOP had hired a woman whom he described as "an experienced sex-crimes prosecutor to serve as an investigative staff counsel for the hearing."

The Republicans give in and do exactly what Democrats demanded and now the Democrats criticize them for it.

Yep, and her new DC attorney sent Grassley a letter talking about they have grave concerns about being treated fair. They don't want her to be questioned by attorneys.


Then they asked for this attorneys name. But Grassley said they aren't giving it out due to her safety.


Oh and the 2nd accuser has bailed.

Oh and the 2nd accuser has bailed.The second accuser will not be questioned under oath. Not being placed under oath also was one of the original conditions of Ford. I think there’s a distinct chance that she does not show up.

Still how can the Democrats still have any credibility when they attack Republicans for giving them one of their demands? This is a head scratcher.

Because she would be under oath. She doesn’t need that.

I'm sure she would testify if it wasn’t under oath and she would not be required to respond to questions.
