CNN Poll: More see Trump win likely as Biden leads crowded Democratic field (https://www.cnn.com/2018/10/14/politics/cnn-poll-trump-biden-bernie-sanders-2020/index.html)

Polls at this point are just interesting. This one is really interesting.

Americans are becoming more likely to think President Donald Trump will win a second term in office, while Joe Biden stands atop a crowded field of Democrats perhaps looking to replace him, according to a new CNN Poll (http://cdn.cnn.com/cnn/2018/images/10/13/cnn.poll.ssrs.trump.biden.pdf) conducted by SSRS (http://www.ssrs.com/).

In the race for the Democratic nomination to face Trump, former Vice President Biden leads a massive potential field. The poll asked Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents to choose their preferred presidential nominee among 16 possible candidates. Biden tops the list with 33% support, followed by independent Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, the 2016 runner-up, at 13%. Sen. Kamala Harris of California follows at 9%, with Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts at 8%. Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey and 2004 Democratic nominee John Kerry garnered5% support.

WASHINGTON (CNN)Americans are becoming more likely to think President Donald Trump will win a second term in office, while Joe Biden stands atop a crowded field of Democrats perhaps looking to replace him, according to a new CNN Poll (http://cdn.cnn.com/cnn/2018/images/10/13/cnn.poll.ssrs.trump.biden.pdf) conducted by SSRS (http://www.ssrs.com/).

The public is split over whether they think the President will win a second term -- 46% say he will and 47% say he won't. But that's a steep improvement for him since March, when 54% of adults said they thought he'd lose his bid for a second term. The share seeing a second Trump win in the offing has risen across party lines. The increase is a bit sharper among men (up 8 points), independents (from 39% in March to 47% now) and those who are enthusiastic about voting in this year's midterms (from 37% in March to 46% now).

I like Joe Biden, but he's a bit old. And the VP running mate should be Liz Warren by all means!

Told you Joe Biden was the favored son. Yugh.

Of course, people here would probably like my preference less still: Kirsten Gillibrand. She hasn't got a prayer, but she has been the most principled supporter of the resistance in the Senate and is well-known as that body's leading champion of women's interests; my top issue of concern at present.

I don’t know how anyone in the so called resistance movement can be said to be standing on principles? It’s more like an establishment temper tantrum over an outsider becoming POTUS.

None of these people can separate themselves from the outlawry and insanity that the Democrats have become, but it never ceases to absolutely amaze me how people forget and simply push the reset button for a new game, as demonstrated by this thread.

Democrats are the same old shit advocating the same old shit, but I think if Biden were to grab his 12 ga shotgun and go out on his balcony and fire it into the air, he might not only win the Nutjobs' nomination, he might win the white house. His neighbors would certainly be awe-struck.

The party needs to be abolished because the prospects for the country if they should ever win are inconceivably frightening.

Former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg re-registers as a Democrat...……

Former New York City Mayor and billionaire Michael Bloomberg announced Wednesday that he has officially re-registered as a Democrat, in what some see as a possible signal of his interest in a presidential bid.

“At key points in U.S. history, one of the two parties has served as a bulwark against those who threaten our Constitution. Two years ago at the Democratic Convention, I warned of those threats,” he shared in a post on Instagram and Twitter.

“Today, I have re-registered as a Democrat-- I had been a member for most of my life-- because we need Democrats to provide the checks and balance our nation so badly needs,” he said.

Wednesday's Instagram post follows a report in The Times of London (https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/bloomberg-set-to-run-against-trump-in-2020-qvbfcrswg) last month that Bloomberg has decided he will run against Donald Trump in 2020.....snip~

https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/nyc-mayor-michael-bloomberg-registers-democrat/story?id=58406116

Bloomberg knows the Demos have no star power and the funny money can't be trusted. So he will run as a Democrat. The Demos have quite a field lining up and none have the money to compete against Bloomberg. Moreover Bloomberg now admits he what he has been most of his life.

He will run on Anti Gun and Climate issues along with his concept of checks and balances. But he does present a problem for the Demos too.

He is not one of the chosen nor part of the incrowd. They can't tell him what to do or bully him like they do others in their party. Still they would rather have him than Trump.

In your circles, Biden would be known as the white male candidate. An establishment politician. Hmm...

Wonder why this hasn't been brought to light by those who's top issues are women's issues.

Oops.
