Sort of like the Lion's Club or a hunt club or something where everyone is expected to eventually serve in a leadership role for a short time?
Do you think Trump is trying to do that with America and that's why he fires so many people? Maybe he doesn't understand the math involved but if so it's a nice gesture.

Trump is in charge. You serve at his pleasure. If you can't you leave. That's what leaders do.

uh.. no, not really.

Anyone who has ever worked with a high powered corpotatist megalomaniac knows they are super paranoid, visciously aggressively loyalty demanding and will use fear and firing as pressure and really prefer sock puppets over independent thinkers.
