Did you read the article? If you did, what's your spin on this?

Trump's statements on birthright citizenship aren't undermining the law. Voiding regulations put in place by the previous administration isn't either.

Jim doesn’t do any research to see who these people are and check their history. He doesn’t read these articles either. He just goes by a headline.

So basically nothing has been done other than someone whining about what Trump has said. The appointment of Whittaker loo ks to be founded in the US Code and complaining about the lies the MSM push is not undermining the press, they are doing that to themselves. A small group in the DOJ looks to have been working to undermine the Presidency. That is the real danger.

I have long said there is no SCOTUS case on point that defines birth right citizenship. The US has no constitutional, legal, or moral need to make illegals or their babies US citizens.

You really should read your article and not just look at the headline. But then, you might not understand the substance of the matter.

By being right of course. Not something the lefty press or Trump haters can stand.

At some point we will be forced to end this and place stricter controls on immigration. It's at a point now where something like a third of the adult population in Latin American nations will be heading to the US. We can't handle that.

You mean something like a third of the adult population in Latin American nations will be heading to the US to become democrats.

The political establishment consisting of both Republicans and Democrats are resentful that Trump defeated an approved establishment candidate. They can not accept that. They want to destroy him by any means necessary and also make sure that no other political outsider thinks he or she can seek the office of the presidency.

I'm sure a fairly significant number of them will be unable to support themselves or their family, so they will just enlarge the dependent class. Once they are dependent upon government, they will vote to maintain their means of support.

Illegals never did.

Babies born here depends on what SCOTUS rules. Trump and congress can'tr decide anything about the constitution beyond indicting and removing an office holder.

The problem could come from the Court's relying on notes from the process. If they go strictly by the wording, it will rule they are citizens. that's how gays got the right to be married.

I wouldn't put money on anything.

If the courts go on the words in the Amendment anchor babies will be a thing of the past.
