Betsy DeVos set to wipe out Obama-era sex-assault allegation guidelines

Betsy DeVos unveiled new rules set to restore Fairness, Due Process, and Presumption of Innocence to campus sexual misconduct cases (https://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/ny-news-devos-to-release-sexual-assault-protocol-overhaul-20181114-story.html). Since 2011, about ten thousand students have been expelled for Sexual Misconduct without any semblance of Due Process.

An act of compassion by Betsy DeVos has a high price tag for her -- she is widely slandered and attacked by SJWs and Liberals. Many SJWs have been threatening her (https://www.cnn.com/2018/10/03/politics/betsy-devos-security-detail-costs-2019-marshals-service/index.html) for a long time.

I am grateful to all Republicans for standing up for our Human Rights. The Party of Abraham Lincoln continues to fight for the rights of all humans. The Party of Slavery continues to oppose Fundamental Human Rights such as Due Process.

We need to take allegations seriously and we need to protect the accused due process rights. The old Obama rules disregarded that part.

Even though I disagree with Republicans on most economic issues, once more the Republican Party takes a stand for Human Rights. Republicans are the Party of Abraham Lincoln.
