Video at Link, We need to ban all knives
This is the moment a suspected killer waits outside his victim’s Queens home before stabbing him more than 20 times in what cops say was a planned and targeted attack.
Chilling new video released by cops shows the man crouching behind trash cans outside 58-year-old Mario Cesar’s 116th Avenue home in St. Albans on June 28 — before ambushing him and calmly walking away.
Cesar was trying to enter his home that morning when the suspect shoved him to the ground and stabbed him repeatedly in the face and torso, cops said.
He was taken to Long Island’s Franklin General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
His attacker fled east on 116th Avenue and then took off in a silver four-door Chevrolet Impala nearby with another person at the wheel, cops said.
