Nearly half of working Americans with college degrees are in jobs for which they're overqualified, a new study out Monday suggests.

The study, released by the non-profit Center for College Affordability and Productivity, says the trend is likely to continue for newly minted college graduates over the next decade.

It is much worse for law school.

Not everyone needs let alone deserves a college education.

Simple, and you can see this with a quick search on any job site or online application process:

Obama's stranglehold on the American people is causing potential job-creators to seek out people with actual working experience. Almost all jobs want AT LEAST 2-4 experience in a job relevant to the job the applicants are applying for. New college grads and young people are having trouble, this is also evident in a graph I saw someone post yesterday that shows the people doing best in this economy are people past the age of retirement who have tons of job experience.
