Saw that the other day. It's somewhat believable. That she answered a casting call does seem supported by several statements. And the coaching: If you listen to AOC she has flashes of Marxian coherence surrounded by lots of incoherence. That could be adhering to vs going off script. At least some of that narrative is true.

BTW

One thing people like OAC don’t tell you or maybe do not know is the entire tax policy of the 90% plan.

The tax was basically an agreement with the so called wealthy. In exchange just about everything they did during that time was a tax write off. Things like all family could travel with them and was a write off. Every5ing was a write off for payback.

It was was an agreement to fund our rebuilding efforts. That is why it went away later.

Seriously, you don’t think if someone taxed the rich 90% or capped their earrings they wouldn’t run you out of office in 10 minutes with the resources and control they have? People are so naive.

Justice Democrats (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justice_Democrats)

Justice Democrats is an American progressive political action committee founded on January 23, 2017, by Kyle Kulinski of Secular Talk, Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks, and former leadership from the 2016 Bernie Sanders presidential campaign. Uygur and Kulinski are no longer affiliated with the group. Alexandra Rojas became executive director of the organization in January 2017....snip~

Indeed.....it does make sense.

And now that we know this.....it should be easy to take her apart. Piece by piece.

Did you get those 2 names. Corbin Trent and Zack Exley.....Exley the Saul Alinsky worshipper. The 2 scripting her out to the public.

Couple of other names.

including former staffers from the Sanders campaign such as its Director of Organizing Technology, Saikat Chakrabarti, and MoveOn.org (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MoveOn.org) fundraiser Zack Exley (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zack_Exley).

Representative Ro Khanna (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ro_Khanna) of California's 17th congressional district (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California's_17th_congressional_district) announced on May 9, 2017, that he had become a Justice Democrat, and the first sitting member of Congress to join the organization

Alexandra Rojas became executive director of the organization in May 2018.

Tara Reilley[/URL]

In the 2018 elections, 26 of the 79 candidates endorsed by Justice Democrats won their respective primary elections. Seven of these candidates won in the general election: Raúl Grijalva (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justice_Democrats#cite_note-1), Ro Khanna (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ro_Khanna), Ayanna Pressley (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ayanna_Pressley), Rashida Tlaib (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rashida_Tlaib), Ilhan Omar (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilhan_Omar), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexandria_Ocasio-Cortez), and Pramila Jayapal (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pramila_Jayapal). Districts won ranged from D+13 to D+34 on the Cook PVI (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cook_Partisan_Voting_Index), meaning solid Democrat. No swing districts were won, though Kara Eastman (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kara_Eastman) and Ammar Campa-Najjar (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ammar_Campa-Najjar) came close in their respective races......snip~

Or she could just be saying what she believes, unfiltered. But then she's a woman, and young, and brown, so there must be a man telling her what to say, right? Unbelieveable.

It will be considered fodder for the conspiracy theorists.

I'm sure that we have had several elected officials in the past who were chosen to run and spoon their fed political positions by others.

I often thought Obama was one of those managed officials. When he was off the TelePrompTer or in an unscripted situation, he proved to be quite vapid. He would just regurgitate clichés between episodes of incoherence and stuttering

Agree. I consider many of the pieces of this narrative likely true but to see all the pieces or their actors fit together in a conspiracy stretches it.

So you didn't watch the video. Maybe you should here it from Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks, himself. At least you can say you were in the knowing.

Kind of hard to put it into conspiracy theorists with what Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks stated out of his mouth. Especially with primarying Democrats and then they pulled it off. Doing so on his own show.

They ran 70 some progressives/Socialists, won 26 seats. 6 in Congress. Plus they didn't say all were actors.

Then AOC told moderates they would be put on a list.

Repubs need to get on point now. Not wait until later.

At least Ben Shapiro called AOC out to debate. She trembled. Ran from the field of fire.

I've read it was a deal with FDR. To get war supplies made on a hurry the producers could charge what what needed and make ten percent profit. Then they would be taxed at a high rate to make up for it.

No, I don't have any link. It was something I tread some time ago.

I think it's a mix. When she repeats Marxian ideas about class and oppression, and does so fairly coherently, she's scripted, the rest, the incomprehensible stuff, is all her. If she were posting here on the forum, she would say things clearly and simply but when challenged wouldn't know how to argue the point in any depth, get angry and insulf or hurt and play victim.

Like she said about the Cohen hearings where people thought she was brilliant. She said she received the questions just before she had to ask them.

She may be brown but she answered the casting call and is repeating her lines as given. Watch out when she goes unscripted. Kinda like Obama.

She would not come out of that looking good at all. He’d destroy her. The only thing she’d have going for her is that she so much of a nit-wit, it might be a shock to actually witness it in person.

Repubs need to get on point now. Not wait until later.

It’s highly unlikely that the average modern Republican can capitalize on her obvious idiocy. They are mostly running scared. Some are even proposing certain elements of the green new deal. Things like higher fuel taxes, carbon tax and more environmental regulations intended to reverse the global warming hoax.

Republicans need to find someone who can do a gender reassignment procedure and give them a set of balls again.

Look if there were brains behind her her "Green Deal of Everything" would look at least a little more like a real proposal. a bit more realistic. I like that she got congress to admit some of the questionably ethical stuff they can do legally. But, c'mon brains behind her?

Isn't a 31% favorable rating kind of high for a congressperson? Even thought he people that don't favor them keep electing carbon copies.
