Every democrat I talk to says the same thing as this florida billionaire.

KEEP TALKING ALEXANDRIA, WE LOVE YOU :)

Florida billionaire Marsha Laufer, who bundled more than $13 million for Hillary Clinton in 2016, is sitting on the sidelines for 2020 and says she is worried that her Democratic Party (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/democratic-party/) is moving too far left.

She fretted about the party (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/democratic-party/)’s leftward drift when discussing Sen. Elizabeth Warren (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/elizabeth-warren/)’s vow to democratize her presidential campaign with no perks or VIP treatment for big donors.

The move by Ms. Warren (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/elizabeth-warren/), Massachusetts Democrat, upped the ante for the crowded field of Democrats running as opponents of Wall Street and corporate America and champions of the poor and working class.

“I would not like to see the party (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/democratic-party/) go to the far left,” Mrs. Laufer told The Washington Times. “I would like to see the party (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/democratic-party/) more left of center rather than to the extreme left.”

Mrs. Laufer and her husband, Henry, a mathematics professor who made a fortune running the Renaissance Technologies hedge fund, routinely appear near the top of the donor list for Democratic candidates and liberal causes.

It will be interesting to see who donates to the leftward side of the dems. And as shown above, who does not.

The people who seem to be the most zealous in their support of the socialist lurch of the Democratic Party don’t have the money to donate. That’s why they are fans of wealth distribution and free stuff.

I suspect the people who hold the purse strings will put the kaibosh on the far left assuming the "far" in far left refers to anything meaningful. Then again, the big donors in the GOP had to yield to a populist uprising. I guess we'll see.

So many States have passed laws now to invalidate their resident's vote. These States have willingly forfeited the will of their own in favor of the will of voters in California. Maybe you think that will not stand, but Colorado? That's a canary in the coal mine.

Maybe she'll donate to Trump.

That should help make up for the $400MM the Koch Brothers et al won't be donating to the orange weasel and his pals.

I hear Bloomberg is ready to 'pump' in a half billion to a Dem socialist. That's right Mr. 7 Eleven, you can no longer sell a Big Gulp. Then Tom Styer, who has spent $20 million for the last 2 years to 'impeach' the President.

And you want to talk about the Koch bros? Let's talk about George Soros. What a pathetic attempt to not label Dem Progressive Liberal Socialists as 'big money' sluts.

It will last until the first time a medium size sate gives its votes to the loser.
