Ilhan Omar Trashes Pro-Israel Protesters: 'Could Care Less About What They Have To Say'
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) continued to show her disdain for Israel and the Jewish people on Saturday after she mocked a group of hundreds of pro-Israel demonstrators who showed up to protest her at a fundraiser event she was attending.


The large group of protesters rallied outside an event in Los Angeles, California, where Omar of Minnesota spoke "at the fundraising event for the Council of American-Islamic Relations of Greater Los Angeles," Haaretz (https://www.haaretz.com/us-news/pro-israeli-demonstrators-rally-outside-ilhan-omar-event-in-l-a-1.7046356) reported.

The Holocaust was around 80 years ago, pops. They're not entitled to play enteral victim. And they weren't the only victims of WW2, nor are they the only peoples who have survived hardship over the last 100 years. She has every right to not care what they feel, doesn't mean she's "trashing" them

I'm sorry, today, it means exactly that. Dr. Ford if you'll remember came out with charges against Kavanaugh. We were filled with instructions about how women coming forth with accusations were to be believed, that ignoring what she had to say was 'trashing' her. Similarly, not listening to anyone on the grievance industry today.....black, jewish, female, gay, to not listen to these people is seen as offensive and trashing them. Especially for a House Representative. Should any Republican state that he or she doesn't care what Black Lives Matter or MeToo is saying, it's perceived as trashing their organizations. Slavery was over twice that amount of time ago, and if any politician was stupid enough to tell a group of African American protests they don't care how they feel -- we'd never hear the end of it. And the politician would likely be asked to step down.

Democratic freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.) has been holding a series of secret fundraisers with groups that have been tied to the support of terrorism, appearances that have been closed to the press and hidden from public view.

The content of these speeches, given to predominately Muslim audiences, remains unknown, prompting some of Omar's critics to express concern about the type of rhetoric she is using before these paying audiences, particularly in light of the lawmaker's repeated use of anti-Semitic tropes in public.


Omar recently spoke in Florida at a private event hosted by Islamic Relief, a charity organization long said to have deep ties to groups that advocate terrorism against Israel. Over the weekend, she will appear at another private event in California that is hosted by CAIR-CA PAC, a political action committee affiliated with the Council on American Islamic Relations, or CAIR a group that was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in a massive terror-funding incident.


Omar's appearance at these closed-door forums is raising eyebrows in the pro-Israel world due to her repeated and unapologetic public use of anti-Semitic stereotypes accusing Jewish people of controlling foreign policy and politics. With Omar's popularity skyrocketing on the anti-Israel left, it appears her rhetoric is translating into fundraising prowess.....snip~
