In his case, that would have to be because he's communist.

He said:

"China is going to eat our lunch? Come on, man. They can’t even figure out how to deal with the fact that they have this great division between the China Sea and the mountains in the east, I mean in the west, They can’t figure out how they are going to deal with the corruption that exists within the system. ..."

Biden’s remarks echo similar speeches he has delivered in his career about the strength of the American ideal and the economic and educational power of the United States that ultimately would beat foreign countries in Asia.

For one thing, typical education no longer empowers the US. It has grown dysfunctional.

More importantly, his words demonstrate that he's out of touch with what the Chinese are doing, particularly in the area of 5-G communications, which as I understand it, is viewed here as as great or greater a threat than their military. Is Biden even capable of grasping that, even in part?

He could be more dangerous to this country than the Chinese for the damage he's capable of causing without even being aware of it.

Of course they're not a threat to Joe China. Just ask him about that $ billion deal his son Hunter got from China just days after they both flew over there.
Personal enrichment, one of the perks of being a traitorous corruptocrat.

The Chinese would still be throwing stones if not for Clinton selling out our missile technology.
