Ted Cruz confronts state department official

Ted Cruz asks a very straight foreward question and gets a non responsive response, but he doesn't let her off.

What I found the most interesting here was how he got her to admit that in her mind every decision made by a government official is in the best interests of America.

I can't imagine a Democrat confronting a representative of the Obama state department this aggressively. This shows that Cruz is not just a lap dog partisan hack.

Plus, you can call Cruz many different names, but you can't deny he's a very intelligent guy.
