the Republican congressional candidate in the 12thdistrict, whom he had endorsed, was given some last-minute praises by the president. Trump endorsed him and now he’s going to take his seat in the House of Representatives. A special election was called after Republican Congressman Tom Marino resigned weeks into his fifth term to join the private sector.

With 81 percent of precincts reporting, Keller had received 70 percent of the vote, compared to 30 percent for Friedenberg.

With Keller's victory, the House comprises 235 Democrats and 198 Republicans. Two seats in North Carolina are vacant pending the outcome of special elections later this year.....snip~

That's Right.....another Special Election, another win for the Repubs. Granted it was in a Repub controlled area. But it was how much he won by. Hopefully the Demos won't notice.

This was the Special Election Trump talked about yesterday. He should have harped on how the Demos haven't been doing so well with the Special Elections.

The leftness harped on it for 2018. But for some odd reason they haven't had their pie holes up and running about it this year.

It's going to be interesting to see how Pennsylvania and the rest of the rust belt states vote in 2020.

Those states are benefitting from our economic resurgence. The Democrat candidate can't run against that resurgence in those states.

Especially with Trump getting more support from Blacks and Latinos.
