Nevada passes National Popular Vote bill (http://Nevada passes National Popular Vote bill)
I expect these laws will be challenged. I don't see them being Constitutional. If for example Nevada votes are 60% (D) and 40% (R), but the national vote is (51% R), why should Nevada's voters be disenfranchised by giving Nevada's electors to the (R)?
