Three of the quakes have been of magnitude 3 or greater.

It's been going on, could one big one happen yea but they can't really predict. If I were in CAL I would be more watching the Oroville dam. Last year they cared more about Salmon and used deception than the people. I still believe it's has a 50-50 chance of failing even with the new construction to the spillway.
