The federal government needs to cut spending to levels below revenue and use the excess to pay off the national debt. And, yes, that means some temporary pain as we all get removed from the overbloated, unsustainable federal teat.

There is a smart way for governmen to spend and still afford to provide luxuries (should the constituents agree on providing those luxuries); the US does not follow that model.

I'll be happy to share some pain. As it is we're already being threatened with furloughs and haven't had a cost of living raise in 2 years, but I noticed there isn't a peep about cutting the EBT cards I see fat people using to buy steak and cheetos. If I lose %25 of my income, the lardassed "poor" people can do without some luxury items too.

I say get rid of EBT/food stamps entirely. Ration them a few pounds of flour, a pound of ground beef, a block of cheese, 5 pounds of produce, a can of chicken broth, and a gallon of milk.

Public servants are paid well enough. For what is required I make a good living that provides for a family of 4. We have it a lot better than friends I have who both work and have no kids.

What pisses me off to no end are the EBT card fat asses eating snack foods at everyone else's expense.

If you get a government check of any sort, you don't deserve a lavish lifestyle. If all you do is collect a check and don't even show up to punch a clock, you don't even deserve food, unless you're actually unable through no fault of your own to get there.

Because it is going forward from this year.

It's not as if it's trying to hide some reduced spending either, since the "stimulus" passed they've blown an extra trillion per year on exactly what? We keep hearing the bed wetters whine about infrastructure, which the "stimulus" was supposed to do with "shovel ready" jobs that the moonbat messiah used as a punch line. So after 4 years of "stimulus" level spending they haven't accomplished anything, or passed a budget. That's how they got away with 4 years of "stimulus".

They should all be in prison, right along with the "journalists" that cover for them.

The funny part about ol' stoogieboy's picture is that ALL of the people pictured are more qualified to manage anything, let alone a country, than a "man" who never managed anything.

We know everything about all of the republican candidates in the last cycle, all their recorded statements were screened for racism, their college papers poured over for spelling errors, their personal lives scrutinized for any altercation with police, their finances examined by offices full of accountants for any discrepancies, and every whore and bullshit artist was given all the airtime neccessary to impugn their character wherever possible.

The only one left was Romney, and no one really wanted him since he was a liberal too.

Yet we still have yet to see the moonbat messiah's grades, let alone his transcripts. The only previous sexual relatrionship that's had any attention was Larry Sinclair, and even I don't believe that fag. He doesn't appear to have any old friends, his family is all dead or lives in squalor in a 3rd world country without any assistance from their "kin", the guy who he actually looks like, Frank Marshal Davis and is speculated to be his actual father has never once been brought up even on Fox "News" or any other significant broadcast that is supposed to be "far right fringe".

When it comes to the moonbat messiah, no one seems to really know shit about him. Except that he's an asshole.

Rationing is coming Pete! Unfortunately, those on Welfare will not be the only ones affected either. With the rising prices of crude manufacturing, as well as the ever increasing inflation, rationing will become the "theme" of existence in the States. Not to mention, war. Yes war! Yes but you refuse to admit that much of corporate american is making that money over seas. The market is a global measuring stick, and we are now nearing 3 trillion in corporate profits that are being held off shore because of stupid tax policy

Corporations are using this money to invest in oppetunities outside ot the USA because it is the only way they don't ahve to give the govenrment 35% of those already taxes profits.

The current policies have us at the high unemployment levels and they will be maintianed for the long term future if nothing in washington changes.

And just because you had a half million more people give up looking last month Cigar, does not mean that the real unemployment rate is dropping!

Next you have all of the money that the fed is pumping into the market which is proping it up by an estimated 2000 points, So reality will hit there as well.

Meanwhile, the rest lose their full time jobs, see their incomes stagnant or declining, see their meager savings earning nothing and evaporating because of the inflation Obama's corrupt government is hiding, and see the basics of living skyrocketing because of Obama's policies.
