Obama does seem to run the WH from the bully pulpit, speech after speech, rhetoric, no record to stand on.

I loved the Bully PUlpit bit. He does that all the time.; He talks and talks but there never is a plan, no action and with failure everwhere he justs keeps doing the same thing. You don't learn the skills of being president on the streets of Chicago as a community organizer. He is the most unqualifed man ever to be in the WH. Even Jimmy Carter had been a governor before become president.
