Theres too many laws that overlap other laws that over ride other laws, once their written they stay on the books. Id bet half the laws now arent even enforced or maybe even more.

the more laws we pass the more goverment employees we have to have to enforce them. It is a union ploy to get more jobs. Seriously thought we have enough law and we really aren't enforcing the ones we have. It would be great to do without congress for a few years. Maybe they wouldn't screw up so much.
