That is about as exciting as a remake of the Flintstones movie, or the Incredible Hulk XXV.

Gross. The last one sucked ass and was unfaithful to the original series. If this is another reboot I am going to be so pissed.

I thought the last one sucked too....Uhura and Spock in a romance? Puh-leeze. But when you're a Trekaholic and it's the ONLY new Star Trek you're ever gonna get.....you make allowances for suckitude.

Not me. I'll settle for the original series and the 5 or 6 non-original ones that followed it. :D

I'll take ST - The Next Gen or even ST - Voyager over the new shit they've been releasing. El Terrible. All of it.

IMO, TV would be much better if they brought out a new ST series. What passes for SF now is pretty lame.

Yeah I agree it wont be the same without the Real Captain Kirk, everything no matter how popular runs its course.
Its just like the old cowboy movies, they are all gone :( and John Wayne
