Personally, I don't think it's anyone's business that this guy has an affair but him and the loved ones he hurt. People should be upset that he did it all on the taxpayer's dime though.

normally i would agree with you about politicians having affairs... except that this one supported the impeachment of a sitting president because of one

and my congressman had to resign because of a picture up on twitter for 10 seconds while there's a GOP senator who got caught in a diaper with a hooker and is still a senator.

the double standard is hysterical.

The actual problem is this one is a Republican. Democrats like President Kennedy, President Clinton, Democrat Primary candidate Edwards, and the multitude in the Senate and House get a pass.

But, I'm at least as proud of Sanford as Cigar is of Rep. Pelosi, Rep. Waters, Rep "Guam is sinking" Johnson, Rep. Lee, ex-Rep. Frank, now deceased Sen. Kennedy, Sen. Feinstein, Rep. J. Jackson, Jr., and President Barack Obama.

And to quote the nitwit, "Get over it. He won."

Yeah I don't care about Clinton's affair or Congressman Weiner's Twitter photo either.

You can all whine about this but it's just more proof that a lying, cheating Republican is still a better choice than the best the Dems had to offer.

Even the NRC wouldn't support him. How bad was the Dem's choice, ffs ?

*shrug*

Hilarious... coming from you.
Last election you could have elected a very successful businessman (the country being in dire economical straits and all), but you voted skin color instead.

Yes. Read the news for a change.

Lol... so because a lying, cheating thief only beat the best the Dems had, by 10 points... it was a 'victory' for the left.

Excellent example of desperate logic.

Idiot.

No one is more happier than me that South Carolina got what they wanted.

It's the way the Democratic process should me.

Or would you prefer a Super Majority?

"more happier"..... Ebonics or Jive ?

I'm sure they are happy too... since they always vote Republican.

Apparently Colbert was an idiot and couldn't answer some of the simplest questions... and entertained only the rich donors. While Sanford was out talking to the actual voters.
It's the way the Democratic process should me.

Or as the average intelligent person would say... "should be".
Or would you prefer a Super Majority?

It works the way it is. Why are you asking me such a stupid question ?

Do you read before you type ?

You're right, of course, but if she actually thinks it was because of having an affair then you'll never reach her with the truth. See if you can be creative and invent some silly Dr. Seuss-style story with funny words and colorful characters, maybe that will get her attention. Otherwise you're barking up the wrong lesbian.

You realize that you should be supporting this person, after all it was just sex right????? Or are you willing to admit that it is not about right and wrong!

I for one am glad that we have another vote to stop the democratic agenda, but would have rather the seat went to a more decent person, and remember fyour canidate was in jail during her divorce so she was no angle!

Neither deserved to represent the country in my opnion!
