That's irrelevant. The law is the law and should be enforced as such. If the laws are not enforced than society breaks down. If our government picks and chooses which laws to enforce and which to let slide (which seems to be the case more and more and not just with immigration) then our republic will be ruined. These are serious issues which shouldn't be obscured by whatever racial axe you are grinding.
