he doesn't want to have to disclose *his* donors.

The guy's a lousy governor, worse than Bush was, I'd say more but find attacking personalities boorish and boring, policy on the other hand...

The Bill was intrusive: "Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) vetoed a Republican bill Saturday that would have required nonprofits that engage in politics to disclose their donors." None of government's business.

Huh? Perry's not a nonprofit.

Say what you mean and mean what you say will ya.

Of course every politician has organizations that support them. Unremarkable that.

Tell you what, let's have Obama expose all his "donors" from that website that had no controls for preventing overseas "donations".

That will never happen and who ever I give money to in none of yours or anybody elses. The gov't needs to stay our of that business.

Just who was a good governor in Texas Chris? Rick Perry is the longest serving governor in Texas History 13 years ( Bush was the second longest 6 years ), the majority of Texans believe he is doing a good job or they would not have reelected him so many times.

He's just another authoritarian liberal like Bush. No one I know or ran across on the net from Texas likes him. You're not saying Obama is a good President simply because he was elected twice.

Jillian also doesn't believe dead people vote Democrat, teams of thugs go into nursing homes to coerce votes from the elderly, actively work to avoid voters being identified, and the Democrat party actively disenfranchises the military.

Ok, so who was a good Governor of Texas?

I don't recall any in the 20+ years I've lived here.
