The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 requires that CEOs know the answers to the questions that Congress asked Corizine today. His "I don't know" answers effectively admit to criminal violations.

It's the same tired defense that all the guys use. I don't recall. He should have the book thrown at him, Sarbanes-Oxley hasn't been very effective because making the financial markets transparent will be fought tooth and nail by those who wish to preserve their own wealth and power. The system works wonderfully for guys like Corzine.

Christie is probably the first clean politician we've had in this state since I was born. We're a rich state but we are the most corrupt state outside the south.

Telling Congress he didnt know what happened to the billion dollars that got up and walked away. Whats that we always say. Happened under his shift.....huh?
