The caucus-night effort, orchestrated by President Obama’s re-election campaign (http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2011/12/obama-campaign-strategists-expect-long-gop-primary-and-like-it/) and the state Democratic Party, will take place at dozens of public schools (http://thepoliticalforums.com/#) and libraries, community centers and government offices (http://thepoliticalforums.com/#) in all 99 counties.
A senior member of the Obama campaign – possibly the President himself – will deliver a live video message (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/video/obama-holds-birthday-video-teleconference-14231872) to each caucus gathering over the Internet, state Democratic officials said.
The exercise (http://thepoliticalforums.com/#) marks a new phase in the president’s campaign to win Iowa in 2012, four years after the state helped catapult him into the White House. This year’s caucuses, however, will be less about numbers and turnout, and more about building a sense of urgency and energy for the quickly escalating campaign.
The Obama campaign has already opened eight offices across Iowa – more than any other Republican candidate – in Cedar Rapids, Sioux City, Des Moines, Waterloo, Davenport, Iowa City, Dubuque and Council Bluffs. They’ve also enlisted hundreds of volunteers (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/video/obama-builds-army-campaign-volunteers-14803811).
Since April, when Obama announced his bid for re-election, Democrats have held more than 1,000 events, including volunteer trainings, house parties (http://my.barackobama.com/page/s/ia-caucus-house-party) and phone banks, a campaign official told ABC News.
Obama supporters have also placed more than a quarter million phone calls to potential voters and held at least 2,500 one-on-one conversations about the election, all aimed at rekindling the personal connections Obama used to great success in his Iowa campaign four years ago.....snip~

Obama has not been hiding or starting late in Iowa. Althought with Television Ads he is. Paul is running that line. Also The Demos are mistaken Pauls is all over the state with offices and organization everywhere. The difference is Paul has a good bunch of those 700,000 Independants Iowa has. 615k Repubs and 640k Demos. Republicans should be doing the same thing.
Now I do not have a problem with Poltiicans that want to endorse a candidate by the internet. None whatsoever. Sure beats them traveling all across the country just to endorse people. It also shows us that measure can be used to stop ALL poltiicans from wasting money that is not theirs. So they can go out and party with their fellow compadres.
Of course if the Repubs are smart they will be talking about those rights Obama is taking from them. Let alone the economic issues. Moreover time to start focusing on that Elitsm and his transitionioning of American into that defination he has not given. Although, that is the European Set! Attorneys are easy to attack and are easy to show them for what they are. Should be easy to take down in the eyes of all Americans!
