He's saying that the newsletters are a big part of his life and how focused he is on them


Lately he tells the news he didnt know what was in them and they werent important to him

Actually it doesnt give that much info as to his what was written in the letters. Other than Paul stating he created the letter to point out about the concerns of big government in ones life and the taxing of personal liberties.

I'd imagine most of the articles were about economic and personal liberty issues.
