Representative Steve Stockman distributed to all members of Congress this month copies of "Impeachable Offenses: The case for Removing Barack Obama From Office."

From Benghazi to Fast and Furious to crony deals for 'Green Energy' to Obamacare The Lawless Obama administration must be reigned in. I am calling on Congress to establishment Select Committees on these scandals with full subpoena power, " said Stockman.

This is why I'm embarrassed at times to admit that I'm a conservative.

It's dumbfuckery like this that gives their equally dimwitted opponents on the other side of the spectrum fuel to flame.

It's all horseshit.

Yeah, horseshit is what the conniving liberals would want you to believe about all of those scandals. I see you've been duped as well. Either that, or you're afraid to stand on principle by displaying a viable backbone.

Since when is "establishment" a verb?

Duped? More like realistic.

Every one of those scandals showed obummer to be an opponent of our Constitution, not to mention the sleazy back door and lying tactics used to get his way. So its a real effort to oust this anti/un American potus immediately. Look at the overall damage he has done to America in 5 years; much of the damage is going to take decades to straighten out again, if at all possible. So you think its realistic that America can put up with this turkey for another 3 years?

If the republican party is dumb enough to torpedo itself by trying to impeach, i say let 'em go down.

I think you get what was bought and paid for... oh, and voted on by the majority. Yes you are stuck with him for 3 more years. Such is life for a non-parliamentary democracy.

nic with a very rare good point.

The gubmint shutdown took the GOP from the laughing stock to a level of public despise. So how would they now shoot themselves in the foot?

Yeah, impeachment.

Might as well dig up the whole birther thing again.

Most people know by now what we got with this guy, and what we got ain't too pretty to say the least. So immediate impeachment should be on the minds of Americans everywhere. You know, if you buy a lemon for a car that is going to have massive problems throughout its lifetime, sensible people would turn it in immediately to save $$, to save face, and to salvage some peace of mind by dumping the lemon. Same thing as Congress starts to get rid of this prolonged nightmare called Hussein obummer.

It's interesting that Republicans try to impeach every Democrat president in my lifetime, yet don't suggest it for the crimes committed by Republican president(s). If you don't like the lemon then you get another chance in 3 years - deal with it. Obama is going to go down as probably one of the worst presidents in modern history but again, that's democracy, you're stuck with him.

Obama's support is no lower now than Bush was at the same point in his second term. Remind me how many people in Congress called for his impeachment.

We wouldn't be 'STUCK' with him if he were to be impeached, now would we? Modern day Republican presidents don't commit crimes, now lets deal with the current criminal-in-chief.

No one impeaches presidents for the same reason royals don't cut off heads of other royals. They'd keep em in towers.

Fox News has been getting things ready the last few days. If poll numbers do not improve soon then the "first black President" will go down in history as a colossal failure.

The US cannot afford three more years of this clown. What is left in his bag of tricks now? He is done. A lame duck. A dead man walking. A caretaker President.

History will remember Obama as a golf playing clown that spent more time kicking it with Jay Z and Jamie Fox than doing his job. The Pin Prick President. A ballerina of a president. A man that gave the word weak new meaning. Worse than Jimmy Carter. The last US President to lead a sole superpower.

Yup, but I personally don't think Nixon did anything all that bad. Spying on or revealing/exposing democratic criminality was always high on my to do list.

Do you think authorizing actions for which we have tried others as war criminals would constitute criminal activity?

I think the shutdown could still play out well. They tried to delay Obamacare for a year, and rode it out as long as possible. Obamacare is turning into a disaster. They get to be the party that said "I told you so, we tried, the Dems fucked it up".

I sincerely dislike Obama because I believe he is moving us down the road to socialism and the end of American Exceptionalism. However, I don't think impeachment has a prayer of success and talk of this does nothing but give leftest ammunition to deflect the real issues facing the country. Put your effort into electing true conservative constitutionalist on all levels of government and we can turn the country back to its roots. This is nothing but grandstanding with no possible success.

No, I just think yours is a disproportionate response to your dislike of the man. It's like finding somebody shoplifting a piece of candy then shooting him for doing so. Impeachment is only for the most serious offenses. Not liking his policies, or making up some BS about how he handled a situation is not what impeachment is about. Anecdotally is seems every time this guy sneezes in the wrong direction I hear "impeach" from the wingnuts. Reminds of the boy who cried wolf. Because if he does anything that is truly impeachable, most of us will go "oh, it's just the shilling whackadoodles crapping on again". I seriously think if we were to use the standard of 'proof' that you loons want to use to impeach him, then all presidents since Washington would be up for it.
