"Inspector General Greg Friedman admonished department officials for failing to disclose during an audit this summer what they knew about San Francisco-based Ecotality's financial troubles and the possibility that the firm might not meet the terms of its taxpayer funding. The company received $100 million in aid from the 2009 stimulus.
"We are deeply concerned because the information directly related to the objective of our audit, to determine whether the Department had effectively awarded and managed funding to Ecotality," the watchdog wrote in a report with eerie overtures from the Solyndra solar failure. Tuesday's report marked the latest black eye for President Obama's much-ballyhooed strategy to use the 2009 stimulus to fund clean-energy projects, many of which have failed."

Ah, yes, transparency. Failing to disclose seems to be a permanent strategy for this administration. If you like your electric car charger you won't have to give it up, promise.

My hearing aid batteries recently went dead. I am so glad they didn't stop making hearing aids.

Yes, I know this has nothing to do with the topic but neither did the post regarding Boeing

Government should stay out of business completely. All regulations are designed to promote one industry over another and that should never be a government endeavor.

There are different types of regulations and some are quite necessary because regardless of what the teaparty tells us big business is organized crime and they steal billions upon billions from the taxpayers and consumers

Of course, of course I am going to accept your premise that big business is organized crime!!!!!!!!!

I mean, who wouldn't.

Ask me how much credibility you have as a poster at this point.
