Will Obamacare be the end of modern Liberalism?

While I don't agree with Charles Krauthammer that this obummercare disaster spells the end of modern day liberalism, I do see it as a great symbol for a failed ideology, and as such the perfect opening to re introduce the American people to good ole Conservatism like we had under Reagan's leadership and Conservative values.
