The only ones public sector unions deal with at the bargaining table are the government entities who are actually co-conspirators with the public sector unions.

These are public unions, not private unions. Private unions must negotiate with management. Labor vs. management.

Keep in mind now, I said PUBLIC unions. Private unions have to negotiate with management. Labor vs. management.

Now the answer to this quiz is none of the above.

Public unions don't have to negotiate with anybody. The government is always on their side and the tax payers who are forced to fund the public union members for their raises and their ever increasing lucrative benefit packages have 0 representation and no voice whatsover whenever these public unions drain them whenever they feel like draining them.

There is no bargaining table. The politicians ARE SUPPOSED to represent the people at the bargaining table but there is no bargaining table and no negotiations because the politicians refuse to support tax reform because they know that taxes are where they all get their power from.
