I don't have a problem whatsoever with liberal political satirists as long as they're funny. I love Colbert (not sure what side of the fence he's on though) and Stewart (who's clearly left leaning). I'm not one of those guys who says "Fuck Jon Stewart" because he sits on the other side of the political aisle - love the guy because he's honestly funny and fairly unbiased which is a great combo.

Mahr has zero funny value to him. He's like Olbermann or that other dildo Ed Schultz - their approach has too much venom and despise in it to be honestly funny.

Mahr was on one of those NPR talk shows a couple months ago - I guess the guy's a real dolt. Did this multiple question thing and kept picking the wrong answer. The host pretty much came all but short of saying "no, it's not the answer you picked - this is the correct answer" on a question he got wrong and that "hint" sailed way over his head. The average listener dufus (like me) could have spotted that hint from the space shuttle.
