I fear there is no hope for your country until after Obama's term is over. The racist hate for him is too big of an influence right now. America is discovering that it wasn't ready for a black president as the US south is still stuck back in the 60's with it's attitudes. Frankly, they haven't got over losing the civil war yet.

After Obama, they will obviously lose their object of hating and will return to something similar to what they were before Obama. Closet racists with no reason to come out with their bed sheets and pointy hats. It's the best America can expect for quite a few more years.

From an outsider's perspective it's quite undeniable what the biggest problem is right now. It's just too bad there's no solution for the problems until Obama is gone. The hell of it is, it could be so destructive of your country that it may take many years to climb back. And it's going to mean trying to climb back with some very stiff competition out there this time.

The Right Hates anything that not exactly like them ... unfortunately for them, there's not enough people like them to Win National Elections anymore.

The Black Guy will be retired and on the Golf Course after the next 3 years, and the haters will still be bitching, whining and complaining for decades to come. They don't realize, that Hating Obama isn't their real problem, it's the Women, Gays, Hispanics and yes ... Black People ain't going away, so their problem with Black People will be in their face until the racist are dead and gone ... as Opera would say.

I have to agree with you on that. They're entrenched in their dogma and that is playing against them in that they are growing fewer and fewer. And for example, if you aren't a creationist Christian believer then they will sideline you away from the conservative agenda and demonize you. Santorum's problem that he'll never be able to rise above. And that's just one example.

True enough, they will be racists for a long time to come but there will be a big sea change when Obama, the object of their hate is gone. A white president with the same liberal ideals could be supported by those who are pretending to support the rightist agenda of the teabagger party factions. And so, you will still have to suffer the extremists but they will be sidelined and supporting a new 'Paul' or a 'Cruz' and nobody will need to pay them much attention as they squeal from the fringes.

Obama is the big problem and that's because of his skin colour. He was way, way before his time. The racist sickness still afflicts.

You may truly think so? I'll take the time to watch your posts in order to determine whether or not you are being truthful. And I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for now. But one thing you can't convince others of is that the racist element against Obama is a lot bigger than people like you are trying to come off as.

Americans need to know that racism can't be camouflaged and made to look like something else for very long. Now go ahead and define yourself over the next 5 or 10 posts.

i'm sorry if you don't understand reality, chris.

What's reality got to do with your pretensions? You argue with pretend this and pretend that. Why not argue with real things and real people? Too difficult.

This is a text book example of the logical fallacy known as poisoning the well. This is how it usually works: Asshat says X is racist. People who support X are now scared to support X.

Sorry it doesn't work with those who can think for themselves.

No doubt, some of the deeper thinkers are able to avoid falling into the trap we set for them. For a while at least but then they lash out with their true feelings as BB just did. It's just too much a part of them.

And what an amazing coincidence it all is when we look to see where they are callin' home!

Ya'all good ol boys have a good day now ya hear.

We need to set up a debate between you and cigar and exitox and sage. A four way debate. And I do mean four way. A contest of non sequiturs.

That wouldn't be a debate. It would be an "intellectual" circle jerk.

The unemployment rate is 6.7%, the Stock Market is soaring, 8+ million jobs have been created with Obamanomics.

1) There is absolutely NO need to extend unemployment.

OR

2) The Obama administration has been lying to us.........again!

Which is it Ceeegar?

Mainecoons

And the biggest reason of all: The Obama recovery is a big fat lie, millions have given up looking for work, millions others are trying to get by on McJobs, median incomes are falling.

So now Obama has to turn unemployment "insurance" into welfare.

That's the ugly truth from this ugly mal-administration.
