The police have earned their reputations in the past 20 years. They became advisories to the public instead of becoming part of the public fabric. They started hiring a bunch of academics instead of the people who make good policemen. The blue collar guy that grew up in the neighborhoods that have great peoples skill skills are the guys that should have the jobs.

Just being a young black gets you profiled.
And the cops know that poor black folks can't afford an expensive lawyer to fight bogus charges.

When you get sentenced into the criminal injustice system, you can never get out of it. Its GOTCHA!
