They're wringing their hands and spinning as per usual. The Huffpoo reporterette claims that the media didn't "present" or IOW "properly" propagandize the CBO's report. It's gotta be tough trying to defend this crap. You can gold plate a turd, but you still have a piece of shit.

I'm probably the biggest critic of the CBO around, but I don't see how this report even requires propagandising or spinning.

It's really straight forward for anyone who bothers to read. The problem is, no one really likes to read.

I lifted this from the article. The spinners are saying that it's not such a bad thing that 2 million people would quit their jobs.
What are they going to do, go onto the Gubmint dole?

[quote]
The Congressional Budget Office issued a report on Tuesday that said (http://www.nytimes.com/2014/02/05/us/politics/budget-office-revises-estimates-of-health-care-enrollment.html?hp) that as many as 2 million people could exit the workforce thanks to the Affordable Care Act. The reasons for this, the CBO said, were varied, but it stressed that the economy would see "a net decline in the amount of labor that workers choose to supply, rather than...a net drop in businesses’ demand for labor," thanks to, for instance, people choosing to quit jobs they didn't like but were only staying in because of their health care benefits.
That's not how a lot of media outlets reported the news, however. A lot of them said that the report was warning that Obamacare would kill over 2 million jobs—a notion at odd's with the CBO's conclusion that some workers would choose not to work.[quote]

Well, I can read too....

What it is really saying it is giving the baby boomers a push to retire early or else they will remove those jobs so they have no choice.

If I understand this, this is an estimated voluntary exit - not a job loss issue.

How is that a bad thing?

It is not necessarily bad. If it is people altering their work hours in order to qualify for subsidies, that, I would argue is bad.

They also debunk liberals when they won't self-police. I thought Maddow was going to cry when Jon Stewart (her hero) told her she'd been irresponsible.

Only libs could find any humor in the CBO report.

In essence what it says is that marginal people are going to quit their jobs and live off government subsidies that include ObamaCare.
