Example: We are coming off some things where they have been working together over the last few months. He then makes a national speech on saying I am going around you with executive orders. Follows that up running around campaigning on the statement. I certainly wouldn't continue to work with a guy that is bashing me. You reap what you sow. Poor Leadership.
Forget your political party for the moment, its the truth anywhere you operate.

I agree theres been a long line of poor leaders, but is it all their faults ? of course not. Each president has to deal with congress either friendly or hostile. Obama is dealing with the most hostile congress that I can ever remember in my lifetime. That doesnt mean I think Obama is a good president because I do not. I just believe this congress sucks as bad if not worse and deserves more blame for whats happening in our country.
The teaparty faction of the house has done nothing and has accomplished nothing and they have lost every major fight theyve taken on, now they are caving and backing up.

The members of congress were elected, just as Obama was. If there is gridlock that you don't approve of, tough luck. It is the will of the voters.

It sounds like you are saying the Tea Party representatives and the voters who elected them have no value and how dare they stand in the way of the Obama agenda.
but I would be very disappointed if Tea Party Republicans went to Washington only to become rubber stamps for Obama and Boehnor.

Sounds to me like partisanship trumps serving the People. If not, Congress and the President would try work together to advance the country rather than act only in favor of their own agendas. The spirit of give and take is sadly lacking and is reflected in the economic stagnation.

OK first of all this "hostel Congress" talk is crap! Bush was attacked and blocked easily as bad as Obama. Oh how the memories are faint now, one-sided and ridiculous. Opposing parties have always been hard to work with and name callers. Its politics not racism. I am so tired of this victim shit from the same assholes that attacked Bush with just as much lying crap. Grow up democrats.

Actually, it is Obama who is the most hostile president I have witnessed, going back to FDR.
I have no memory of any other president who was so disrespectful he built his presidency on the "none of this was my fault" concepts and "you republicans suck". All I have heard from him is how bad HIS opponents were. Well, are they supposed to simply surrender to the Herr GOD syndrome that Obama has?
Democrats made a career out of trying to shove Bush around.

Who did you blame when then Congress and President we're Democrat, added trillions on debt, and signed Obamacare into law? And you now blame Congress?

Would anyone really care if Obama used executive orders and became a dictator. At least he would actually have some power then. Why have election if the winner has no power to do anything?

Because that's how it's supposed to work. Google "check and balance".
On paper that is, shit like executive power circumvents check and balance - which pisses everyone off who actually gives a shit, you know - the non-ruminants.

Uhh DUH Im an independent Ransom, when democrats screw it up I say they suck when republicans screw it up I say they suck.
I hated the way pelosi rammed obamacare through, the only thing you have ever heard me say about obamacare is this and its a FACT. We were paying for everyones health care all along anyway and it was costing us FAR MORE, one trip to the emergency room for one person can cost the yearly premium for obamacare for two persons.

Not likely. And don't forget the deductible. Insurance companies won't pay a cent for the majority of people under Obamacare plans.

Common: "We were paying for everyones health care all along anyway and it was costing us FAR MORE, one trip to the emergency room for one person can cost the yearly premium for obamacare for two persons."
Sorry, but that's simply not true. For example, when I got out of the service I got a job and had insurance. In thirty years, my premiums were far more than what I spent on health care. My wife, my children, and myself were rarely sick and only occasionally injured so "we" didn't pay for my health care.
I had great insurance working at a city department and then we were told that our insurance didn't fit the government's needs. So, we got crappy insurance and paid more. I suppose it was a test run for Obamacare.
And, yes, one trip to the hospital can cost astronomical amount thanks largely to the government. So, the solution is to require everyone to have insurance and to require a few to pay for everyone. Oh, joy. And, then, whine like banshees when the ones who are supposed to pay are reluctant to go to go.
And, Peter's correct. I have never in my life spent enough in a year to get past the deductible my younger sister and her husband have to spend each year to even get into the "coverage".

Suppose Obama wanted to institute many of the polices put in place by Adolph Hitler and the congress said no we won't go along with that. Do you think that would constitute a hostile Congress?

No one claimed health care didn't need reforms, Common. That trip to the emergency rooms often ended in tragedy and thus lawsuits. Tort reform, competition across state lines lowering costs. Medical savings accounts, pre-existing and bridge coverages for those losing or changing jobs, there was much to Republican solutions never looked into Common......and the CBO says 30 million will still lack health care despite the implementation of Obamacare, this law also forcing many off their plans against what they were promised....many more stuck between sytstems within their own states as exampled in today's Wall Street Journal. So, don't be looking to us Republcians on this one.....Obamacare is a Democrat disaster, they wear this hat all be their little selves. You're just looking for help with the blame.....because you lean a tad but left, Common. You may be a self-proclaimed independent, I'm not so sure.

Our Constitution clearly says what the legislature does and what the executive does.... Now that you have the context, re-read.

Barack Obama had zero accomplishments, no leadership or executive experience, and some were stupid enough to believe he would make a good President of the United States. It really tells us how low our standards have become and the ignorance of our populace.

So you think screwing up healthcare for the other 280 million Americans is a good idea?
Deadbeats get crappy care at the emergency room which is an incentive to find a job and earn better healthcare.
Obamacare is a disincentive to work.
