For those looking for a job in the north of the good old USA, look no further than the Construction industry.

We can get basements dug! We cant haul heavy equipment to get septic systems and wells in the ground.

Lumber companies cant deliver goods!

Almost all of us are at least 4 weeks behind, and it looks like it will be 2 to 3 weeks before we can really get rolling!

overtime and sub contractors looks to be the name of the game to try and get these homes done before snow fly in the fall!

Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We can get the equipment into one locations to dig a basement!!!! all set up and if the weather holds it will be poured on Wed lumber delivered on Friday and all hands on deck construction starting Monday

This was supposed to be the 3rd home to start, but you have to go where you can actually work!

This project is going to get a great head start as it will likely be 2 weeks before we can start on project one. So there will be 3 crews for 2 weeks.

Then I will pull 2 crews for the first job!

Finally spring is coming to MI!
