House (http://washingtonexaminer.com/issa-says-new-irs-emails-suggest-top-panel-democrat-prompted-irs-targeting-of-true-the-vote/article/www.washingtonexaminer.com/politics/house-of-representatives) Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (http://washingtonexaminer.com/section/darrell-issa), R-Calif., has accused the panel's top Democrat of prompting theInternal Revenue Service (http://washingtonexaminer.com/section/irs) in 2012 to target a conservative organization applying for non-profit status.
Issa said records obtained last week from the IRS show communications from the office of ranking member Rep. Elijah Cummings (http://washingtonexaminer.com/section/elijah-cummings), D-Md., about True the Vote, a Texas-based, non-profit conservative group that aims to prevent voter fraud.

Cummings, for anybody that hasn't been following, is the most vocal critic of the investigations. He has repeatedly tried to get the whole thing squashed.
And, now we know why.

Chuck Schumer is very vocal right now calling for increased scrutiny of conservatives. They're all just pissed about Citizens United!

I am conservative and I think Citizens United was wrongly decided.*

At least how it is reported. If I ever get to use the case in court I would distinguish it by stating Citizens United was incorporated specifically to be a company that expressed political speech.

Of course 99.99% of all corporations in the US were not incorporated to express political speech. IBM, for instance was to make computers; GM, for instance was to make cars; 3M, for instance was to make tape; McDonalds, for instance was to make this nasty food-like substitute.

It boils down to the way the Feds define corporations. They persist in suing them as humans. They persist in prosecuting them. Let the Democrats eat cake.

The ACLU acts as if it is human as does a lot of the left wing sites.
