"Constantly repeating the "77 percent" statistic does not make them the same. It simply takes advantage of many people's ignorance -- something that Barack Obama has been very good at doing on many other issues."

"The "war on women" political slogan is in fact a war against common sense. It is a statistical fraud when Barack Obama and other politicians say that women earn only 77 percent of what men earn -- and that this is because of discrimination.
It would certainly be discrimination if women were doing the same work as men, for the same number of hours, with the same amount of training and experience, as well as other things being the same. But study after study, over the past several decades, has shown repeatedly that those things are not the same."

And it's doubly sad when the ignorant people try to convince people of this fraud, that they sincerely believe, and display their ignorance to everyone.

Read Thomas Sowell's analysis. It's interesting and had some information I hadn't seen before. Since Thomas Sowell is a black man I realize liberals don't often read his columns but they should.

Yeah, I was listening to a couple of the political pundits last night say that with everything
toppling down on this miserably failed presidency that obama and team have decided to
drag out that old tired play book of criticizing Republicans for waging a war on women.
Actually, its kind of fun to watch as we all know there is absolutely nothing left to use
to fool the American people any longer. The democrap party is all but toast come November.

Been reporting on that here: White House Says Wage Gender Gap Stats Are Misleading... (http://thepoliticalforums.com/threads/24395-White-House-Says-Wage-Gender-Gap-Stats-Are-Misleading). Even the WH admits it's misleading, yet continues to mislead. And many continue to believe. Unbelievable!

Libhater, it would be quite a contest to see who is most conservative: you or me! But, I disagree with you on November. I don't think Republicans will do as well as we hope.

Are you suggesting they won't take the Senate?
