Yes I get a court order! I then have to have the Sheriff come to the home! HE DOES NOT SHOW UP WITH 200 SWAT TEAM MEMBERS!

They then will ask the renter if they have the ability to move there belongings that day! If they say yes, they stay until is moved!

If not then they ask me if I have a place to securely store their belongings until they can move them or for 90 days? If I say NO! then the process starts all over again!
