The Left's vision for America is counter to the Will of God and the human spirit. Their anti-God agenda places man on the throne as the ultimate power, able to fix everything – the environment, income inequality, equal outcomes and everything under the sun via legislation. The Bible says, “The fool says in his heart that there is no God.”

Not to wander too far off topic, back to the Left's nonsensical allegation that Bundy is a racist.

Any decent fair-minded human being would understand that Bundy was condemning the slavery of government (http://bit.ly/PABbJF) dependency in his comments regarding Negros. The elderly gentleman is a rancher who is not media savvy, nor is he schooled in the nuances of political correctness.

The Left are not decent human beings. Their bully minions went on high alert viciously in pursuit of a “gotcha” comment to squelch Bundy's proven leadership and ability to inspire millions to push back against the Obama regime.

I don't see any let up with these anti American progressives. There are a couple posts here somewhere asking what will Conservatives do to stop
obamacare and to stop this progressive intrusion into our lives and the dismantling of our freedoms. One phrase in that article by that black man
that really stood out was...."And make no mistake about it, the Democrat, liberal, progressive and socialist agenda is evil.

I would like to ask Bob what he would do to stop this madness? Like I said before, I'm ready for an all out revolution that would no doubt have
the use of weaponry to stop this enemy in its tracks. Seems like politics and elections aren't working out vey well for the American people, nor is
it going to stop this European style socialism/progressivism that we unfortunately have here in America at this time.

What relevance is it to those of all colors that find Bundy's statements offensive and racist, that this person does not?

Should a black person's perspective on whether the Negros&Cotton comment was or was not viewed as racist... be taken into account by others in determining their views on Bundy's statments?

Because I'm sure you are not highlighting one black person's view as a point of reference on how others should also view the comments.

Sometimes, as Thomas Paine proved, a person eloquent enough shows up to pass around the truth. In the past election, unfortunately for the health of this country, the people listened to the wrong person in the form of Obama.

Who could actually believe that a person carrying the last name of a Kenyan was able to manage the Feds? His father was not ever a citizen.

What would I propose?

At this point, without the support by the public, meaning they become educated, the rifle is not the way to take this on, yet. We know that the Feds could mass tanks, artillery and gun ships against us. We need to win more than the minds, but the hearts.

They were allowed to paint us as heartless by saying we believe in throwing grandma under the train to die. They were quick to blame us for problems we had nothing to do with. We did not react very fast to those false claims.

We can repair this by changing minds followed by hearts or reverse the order.

An important question I forgot to bring up.

Do you have relatives that you wish dead? If you engage in warfare, not only you may die, but you may sentence your family to death by them being party to this.

Let's make our gains with peaceful means. They have been defeating us with no use of guns, so at this point we would make a major mistake using arms.

Why don't you guys knock off race baiting? Not only are you using Bundy as a tool, the owner of the LA Clippers basketball is being used as a tool.

A lot of negros do not agree with democrats despite the claims by the Ds they own them lock stock and barrel. LBJ promised his civil rights law would keep the negros on the plantation for 100 years. I hope he is proven wrong.

I look at things done as ...
1. Constitutional or not
Racism is not mentioned anywhere in the constitution

No laws that I know of will get you put into jail over saying a race is to be considered relevant.

Millions of negros would be in jail for that, were racism a crime.

LOL

Funny you say that because when I started posting on AOL during Clinton's era, one poster had us fooled. He lived in Alabama and spoke as if he is a negro. He told me by e mail he was white. Turns out when I learned his full name, we thought we might be distant relatives. We tracked our genealogy and alas, no such link. I used to call him Cuz on the forum. For the hell of it. :afro:

Bundy made a huge mistake by being too honest about racial politics. He was already on thin ice by standing up to federal tyranny, but speaking truth about race and slavery will get you crucified these days. He should have just stayed on topic instead of wandering off into a political minefield.

It stuns me how much effort one spends on trying to understand the views of youth, specific minorities yet the rest of us are treated poorly.

Take the Asians. They were more than mistreated by the public, Government had official rules against them.

We who are along in years may know of those past transgressions. Such as laws that stopped Asians from owning property. Never mind that Negros were protected by name in amendments. The Asians could be fair game to crap all over. Some of you only know post Roe v. Wade. I recall that doctors were put into prison for killing children that aborted women. But though I recall FDR as a child, I do not recall Hitler. I recall TOJO and not Mussolini. I was a kid for crying out loud. Some may wonder why some child recalls FDR.

Well, I read at a very early age. Mom used to love showing me off since well before I entered school, I was spelling very complex words and it amused her. I was not yet engaging in math until in the first grade. School was far too slow for me most of the time. So, I do recall my uncles in the military coming home from time to time. Gene, mom's youngest brother loved kids. For a guy that was in combat, he sure was young.

I was talking to a fairly new friend of mine on Saturday about war. He still suffers from his days in Vietnam. The time I was in the DC area when the sniper kept killing people daily can sort of give you a hint what they faced. Being shot to death is serious. When you are in some enemy area, you can sure be alert all the time. This is tiring to the soul I believe. The idea of constantly expecting the next instant to be the one you die.

He told me of being part of a small convoy and a bridge being blasted by the VC. His Col departs the vehicle and heads into a ditch for cover. But the Col orders my friend to stand a post in the middle of the road at port arms. Making him a target. Dead VC snipers were then still hanging from tree limbs. He says he kept thinking he had to say good bye to his family since he was quite certain he was about to die.

He carries this today as vivid as it took place today.

Darn it, I planned to speak mostly about this event.

My point in my last post was that a lot of this depends on your age and your recall. Bundy no doubt recalls when the media said Negro and nobody cared. It was not some bad word. We simply used the words the media used, was in our books and used by the rest of the country.

Bundy in my view did not want to make race his focus, but make Government his focus. As is said above my comments, his entire idea is based on what happened to him.

If you are very young, you don't have personal memories as we older ones have. Your memories may have started well after MLK was shot. And you can't recall Kennedy other than a name you read about. Truman is a huge mystery to you. FDR is just history. I heard the man talk on the radio. For me, he still lives on the radio.

Bundy is a Mormon. Mormons are perhaps the most tolerant of all religions. I have not only attended my church since around 1952 but also attended other churches. I cringed in a christian church as the pastor trashed my religion, declaring it is a cult. But my church has not ever trashed other churches. Be it Catholic, Baptist, Methodist and non demonitaional, I have sampled all of them. I favor my church by far. Bundy is a cowboy. He lives by what his hands produce. When he wakes up, some of us are just crawling into bed from a night of parties. Bundy is having to help his cattle survive. And he is hoping that he can sell them to pay his bills. Bundy is how this country used to live. When one ate food from his own garden. Ate the chickens they chopped the heads off. Went to the coops and got eggs left by the chickens.

I lived that life for maybe 12 years. As an adult, I have at times enjoyed my own garden. I built a good sized chicken coop and cared for the chickens. Dad had some pigs when I was a child. One bit my sisters knee. She was lucky to only get that bite and the pig was still small. Maybe it was curious or hungry. I raised rabbits for food when I was 14-5. Sold them to customers in my parents store. Today that would get you put into jail. Mom's customers loved rabbits and at the prices I sold them for, a good deal. I butchered them. It got to the point I had to stop. I simply felt sorry for my rabbits. And as a teen, I was just then starting in with cars. I had no time to spend on cars and rabbits and school.

All I am saying is we must not judge Bundy the way you might a teen kid. Teens today are highly indoctrinated by democrats. We know that they run the education system. When I was growing up, nobody talked this way. At that time, I did not realize if my teachers were in a union or not. I do not believe they were in a union. But they never said.

I go back to the era where our cars were very important. Many of us "hopped up" the engines. It still bugs me when some call car engines, motors. Motors plug into an electrical plug.

During the weekends, we were found at the drive in food joints or even drive in movies. Those have mostly vanished. Today when you drive into a food joint, you drive right back out. We parked and enjoyed the fun.

I watched a guy who was close to 7 feet tall pick up the back end of a new Oldsmobile. Can you see that at McDonald's? The owner spied him lifting up her car and rushed out of the drive in restaurant raising hell. First time I saw this guy was at the Half Moon Bay Drag strip. I kind of felt him next to me and I turned slightly. I was then 5-11 and looking at his belly button area. I had never seen such a tall person. I knew guys on my high school football team who were like 6-4 to 6-6 but this man was super tall and built huge. Maybe he was over 7 feet tall. But I later heard from a girl I knew he was rich and lived in San Francisco.

Those were the days my friends. We that lived them sure had a lot of fun. We did not use drugs at all.

It depends on how "racism" is determined. If we are determining racism according to individual perception, then clearly his opinion should be taken into account. If we're doing it according to the dictionary definition of racism, my preferred method, then it doesn't matter what anyone thinks, as the determination is made objectively according to predetermined standards. And if we look to the dictionary, we can see that his comments do not meet the criteria for "racism", which is a belief in the superiority or inferiority of one race relative to another. I didn't see anything in his comments which would indicate a belief in racial superiority or inferiority. He was simply opining on whether or not black persons were better off under slavery or government dependency.

Democrats always can be counted on to try to pretend that skin of the grape is wine.

Why did you bring up blacks at all. It is well known that negroes were slaves up to about 1865. When Bundy mention slaves, what made you talk about Negroes other than race baiting?

I posted the view of a negro and showed his photo. The man thinks Bundy is being hung out to dry, that some on the left have mounted up the posse and have the hanging rope in hand. i think I was told by the left he was like an uncle tom is all.

Bundy is no racist. And even were he one, the law is clear. It is legal.

This is my stand.

Think of the most ugly woman you can imagine. She is so ugly children weep upon seeing her.

You use a mirror as you walk knowing you can simply avert your eyes by a flick of the wrist.

Damn, this sounds more complicated than what I intended. LOL

But the point is you see racism as ugly. And you don't want to look at it.

I say, flip the mirror. Don't look. Stop whining that it happens. It is legal. When it is legal, there is a reason why.

Today you don't hear whites tell Japanese they are Japs. This once was ultra common. The government posted warnings about Japs. What did the Japanese do?

Whine all day long?

No they did not. The public understood that during War, emotions get fired up. Those we called Japs became class mates. Those class mates went to school even when we cut classes. They got A grades when we got C grades.

I knew Japs in high school and other than one or 2, they were excellent students.

Negroes never cared about the way the Japs fixed it. They love whining.

The Left's vision for America is counter to the Will of God and the human spirit.
