This is a very easy test.

Check out the land of Florida. I have driven maybe 1000 miles in that state. I noticed it is super flat. Not the far north, but most of it.

When the Feds and the State of Florida start to construct that enormous dyke around the state, then I will believe.

I live in CA, what about here?

Well, when Gov. Brown rushes legislation to construct new dams and combines that with desalination of the pacific ocean because we need more water. Gov Brown will take instant action to close all borders into CA to stop the population growth.

However all we get is talk.

Some of you know of problems in your state that I may not know. I have been to DC and know it is near to the ocean. What is being done in DC, MD and VA to solve Climate change that is protective? A barrier off the coast perhaps?

When is oceanfront property expected to fall in value?

I think it's hard to deny man affects his environment, including climate change. The questions though are how, how much, what can we do, what should we do?

And then there's this: Climate Change Is Real. Too Bad Accurate Climate Models Aren’t. (http://thefederalist.com/2014/05/06/climate-change-is-real-too-bad-accurate-climate-models-arent/)

...Unfortunately, climate models — ones that can accurately and consistently predict global temperatures in the not-so-distant future — simply don’t exist in the present. Indeed, for a group that so nakedly appeals to the authority of “consensus,” the faith-based global warming alarmist movement is shockingly impervious to the consensus of actual data:

I’ll see your “95 percent of scientists believe in global warming” talking point and raise you a “95 percent of reality thinks your climate models are garbage.” According to that chart of actual satellite and surface temperature observations vs. what was predicted by 90 different climate models, 95 percent of models overestimated actual temperatures. Nothing says Science™ like predicting stuff incorrectly over and over and over again.

And therein lies the real reason why so many global warming cultists are so desperate to change the terms of the debate. Rather than discuss the actual science, they’d rather marginalize anyone who disagrees with their policy prescriptions.

Well, I am considering living to be 125 but that does not mean it will happen.

I saw that spin by Quame.

I said what I will accept. Actual construction, not consideration.

A dyke can prevent Florida from being put under water. It works for Holland, why not Florida?

I said what they can do.

Florida can have a moat. It will keep the ocean from flooding land. When I have been there, the waves are super tiny. About like what is in a bath tub at rest.

CA has huge waves. So why hasn't Gerry Brown worked to solve the water problem? We don't need those dykes Florida needs other than maybe around Los Angeles or coast cities like Eureka.

So when will they build our dykes? That tells me one thing. They believe in this crap. They would be taking action.

When they refuse the most basic actions, we know they don't believe man did this or that it is happening.

Agree, we can adapt.

When the water starts rising enough to enter people's homes or businesses is when they will take action to build a dyke.
