...this is a tough one...I agree with the sentence but I'm leery about sending him to jail...yup, I jumped in the hole with this guy...

I have no issue with him being found guilty, but they should either give him probation or house arrest. Pointless putting the guy in prison.

We should use house arrest more often. Why should we spend so much to institutionalize non-violent offenders. Now I am talking in general.
