A friend of mine in Alaska posted this. These guys found a den of wolf pups.

There's wildfire outside of Anchorage, these guys are working the dozer line. Five pups.

I am am supposing they will be raised by wildlife rehab.if they can't find mama.

I had a half wolf pup for a time, but she didn't make a good pet, at least not in the city. She was four or five months old when I got her. She had a tendency to be fearful, and wanted to bite first and assess the threat level later. I learned later that this is typical of wolves. They don't have the same confidence as dogs among people. I couldn't have her biting the neighbors, so I returned her to her former owner because she was too much of a liability.

Haha. It's Alaska- Beards are necessary for cold weather survival. :laugh: It's probably still pretty chilly there!
