This secession of the Court has been very bad for Obama.

even his 2 appointee's went against him twice!

Now they have already filed against the over 1000 decision that the labor board has made since the unconstitutional appointments.

It looks like if there is a republican president or Hilary because she will have to consent to repeal if she really wants to win

Obama will be the president that wasn't! He will have no accomplishment to be able to point to!

The labor board thing is going to cause chaos. But even Obama knew it wasn't going to fly. This case (http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/13pdf/12-1281_bodg.pdf)or ruling is an example of what SCOTUS should be doing.
