In the more than five years that Mr. Obama has been in office, the court (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/supreme-court/) has rejected the government’s argument with a 9-0 decision 20 times.


During the eight years each in the administrations of George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, the government lost on unanimous votes 15 times and 23 times, respectively. That puts the Obama administration (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/barack-obama/) on pace to greatly exceed recent predecessors in terms of judicial losses.

“The importance of the unanimous cases is that you can’t say, ‘Well, there are five Republican appointees on the court (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/supreme-court/) and four Democrats.’ These cases where they haven’t gotten the votes of either of the two Obama nominees means the arguments being presented by the Justice Department to the court (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/supreme-court/) are just out of left field,” said Ilya Shapiro, a senior fellow in constitutional studies at the libertarian Cato Institute.

He's done irreparable damage to the U.S. The money he's pissed away in crooked crony deals. The outright lies, the deep wedge he formed between already stressed races. The unrest his weak policies have created worldwide. The list goes on and on. I see him as a spoiled child, with more moxie than brains, always used to having his own way. His casual, "don't give a shit" attitude is based on his ability to skate through life unscathed since granny's money and connections always saved his butt. He took the job as president with the attitude of a teen becoming class president. It's cool, he's the most popular kid in school, everybody wants to be his friend. He's the center of attention....a position he loves, desires, feeds on, needs. He takes "selfies" with all the other "cool" kids. He utilizes social media to bask in a larger pool of adoration. He surrounds himself with other high profile "cool" people, athletes, movie stars, pop singers, TV personalities. He can find time to meet with Oprah dozens of times, but won't meet the Republicans. Just like many other spoiled brats who get caught with their hands in the cookie jar, he denies his guilt. Little Barry lies through his teeth, it's never his fault, it's always someone else's fault. Everybody is a lier but him. He's incapable of admitting fault...of any kind. A very serious personality fault. He looks right at you, lies with a massive toothy smile, the fake mask of an accomplished serial liar....a true con man. A con man who didn't con us out of a few bucks, he conned us out of our country, our freedoms under the guise of helping us. His forked tongue claims to be for the poor, the downtrodden, he states he can relate to their plight. Yet, he is very wealthy, always has been, and he lives very, very, very well on our dime. Oh the lies, the deceit that flows from every pore of his skinny body.

Obama wrote in his book, "Audacity of Hope" that he was told by a mentor that whites are afraid of blacks, so when you deal with whites, always end with a big, big smile to put them as ease. He's playing us like an Hawaiian plays a ukulele. He's needs to go, the sooner the better.

Hey Redrose, I'm going to nominate you as the first Lady Conservative at this forum, for you beautifully articulated what everyone here-- libs and cons alike know about this weasel president. I really don't have anything more to add to your list of sound criticisms of our current dictator-in-chief of the uninformed and of the low/no information Obama voters out there.
