I'm pretty sure that's a not so subtle diss on Obamas incompetency.

They're trying to say Obama is so bad that Bush was preferable. I think you're looking too much into it.

I'm not ashamed to admit it. I want President Bush back. Obama sucks rotten eggs.

Bush sucked. Obama sucks too, and is recent, so it takes a little pressure off the failure that Bush was.

That's the state of the country, both sides laughing at the other guy and declaring victory because the other guy might suck slightly less. Wonderful.

I don't say much about Obama.
I think his house is full of bad advisors.
They do have a problem if something falls on the floor, they look at the ceiling.

The first 43 Presidents stacked up Ten Billion Dollars of Debt. Obama stacked up ten billion all by himself. Now there's a big government guy.

Why would the DNC make a shirt mocking Obama?

After the hope and change. After the stimulus. The omnibus spending bill. The cash for clunkers. After surge in Afghanistan, after red lines in Syria. After He failed to bring the Olympics, we even sent Oprah. After Obamacare, after 5 years managing our nation. This is the type of reach you'll see, the desperation so obvious. Panic has set in.

Should we count ourselves lucky that we only got one stupid partisan hack trolling thread from Cigar today instead of the usual half dozen or so?

I boldly predicted in 2008 and again in 2012 and now predict for 2016 .The next administration will be worse . I've been right so far, especially fiscally speaking

I actually see a ray of light at the end of the tunnel, only time will tell if it is the end of the tunnel or a train!

But I see the youth starting to get sick and tired of the situation. And the elderly can survive on SS, people are tired of not having jobs.

So if 2014 elections go the way it looks like and the Republicans take the Senate. with dingy harries new rule on filibusters, it is likely that 100's of pieces of legislations will pass the house and Senate, only to receive veto by the President.

So 2016 could be the year of a true conservative and the beginning of a new prosperity in the USA

I don't miss W. It is an unmitigated disaster that we had W followed by Obama. Nearly 14 years of the worst leadership in America's history. If the country survive these two it will be a frigging miracle.

Agreed.

If there is to be political reform it's not going to be with calm and consensus, it's going to be with violence and chaos.

I don't think there will be any significant political reform in our lifetimes.

Did you take in consideration the great economy we had under the Bush presidency and Bush's great leadership as CIC in foreign affairs when you made this ridiculous statement? I believe the average unemployment rate during the 8 year Bush term was somewhere in the mid fives. Now compare the average unemployment rate of the Obama presidency along with his feckless foreign affairs leadership with that to George Bush and tell me again just how bad Bush was.

The great economy was built on a bubble that had to burst.

Now we have a definitely ungreat economy on top of another bubble.

This feels like jumping from the frying pan into the fire.
