It's no secret that interracial relationships are trending upward, and in a matter of years we'll have Tindered, OKCupid-ed and otherwise sexed ourselves into one giant amalgamated mega-race.


But what will we look like? National Geographic (http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2013/10/changing-faces/funderburg-text?rptregcta=reg_free_np&rptregcampaign=20131016_rw_membership_r1p_us_se_w) built its 125th anniversary issue around this very question last October, calling on writer Lise Funderburg and Martin Schoeller, a renowned photographer and portrait artist, to capture the lovely faces of our nation's multiracial future.

I agree that racial ambiguous is good for the society and certainly produces some good looking people. But what about the obesity?

What nonsense. These miscegenation happy rags are trying to create reality. They aren't reporting it. Interracial marriages are remarkably rare in a society so diverse. Once Hispanic/white couplings are taken out of the stats (Hispanic is a racially meaningless term) you have a phenomenon much reduced.
