Seeing that shark come up that fast and bite that camera made me jump. The force of it and the fact he came straight up to attack was very scary.

They are amazing and deadly creatures. They have notoriously rather poor eyesight, so we may never know whether there is any rhyme or reason to some of their attacks, or simply a case of mistaken identity. I've gone swimming in shark infested waters, but fortunately only encountered barracuda who were thankfully minding their own business.

fascinating! I hope someday we can really understand these creatures. As they said attacks near the surface are common. This gives an insight into what is happening below.

Probably did - several maybe.

They grow back from what I understand.

They do. I was watching to see if any broke. I didn't see any, but they certainly could have.
